Designing an Accessible, Future Ready Platform
Bendrigg Trust partnered with us to design and develop a world leading charity website with accessibility at its core. The previous platform presented significant challenges, with broken functionality, outdated design and limited accessibility creating barriers for users. Our role was to rebuild the site from the ground up, ensuring inclusive user journeys, robust technical foundations and the core digital marketing elements required for long term visibility. Alongside the website, we improved automation between the platform and Bendrigg’s internal systems, reducing manual effort and enabling the team to operate more effectively. Delivered as part of our agency’s not for profit programme, the new platform has elevated the Bendrigg brand and driven increased online visibility since launch.

The new Bendrigg website was designed to remove barriers, not create them. By putting accessibility, usability and technical performance at the centre of the build, the platform now supports a wider range of users while giving the team stronger digital foundations to build on. Improved automation and integrated systems reduce manual workload behind the scenes, allowing Bendrigg to focus more time and resource on delivering life changing experiences.
