Ragtag Arts partnered with us to redesign and rebuild their digital platform, using brand and design in a more direct and human way to better connect with their audiences. User journeys sat at the heart of the project, with UX and UI decisions shaped by data to ensure the site speaks clearly to customers, participants and partners. Alongside the visual and experience led work, we delivered extensive technical integrations, bringing together multiple siloed platforms into a single, seamless flow of data. This has given the team clearer visibility across their operations while significantly reducing manual input. Delivered as part of our not for profit programme, the new website resolves long standing issues with performance, broken functionality and outdated plugins, replacing them with a fast, reliable and future ready platform that supports Ragtag Arts’ mission and ongoing growth.
